Through the International Franchise Association’s VetFran program, whose mission is to “make franchises more accessible to veterans,” more than 600 franchises offer incentives for veterans to join their system, such as discounts or waivers of initial franchise fees. Veterans Transition Franchise Program, VetFran has helped 2,089 veterans become small business owners through the financial incentives of the Veterans Transition Franchise Program.
